When we talk about food, it covers everything; junk food, healthy food, lentils, grains, fruits, milk and anything that we eat.
Food choice that we make could result into good health or bad health. The symptoms of bad healthy do not show for a long time but if do no give up the bad food habits this will attack our immunity system.

Chillies, especially the green ones, have generally higher nutritious values than the red ones. They are also very food sources of antioxidants, especially vitamin C and beta carotene.
Chillies also contain plant pigments and bioflavonoids which help prevent cancer. It is normally said in today’s time when the pollution has mixed in almost every thing; be it food, water or air, taking a chilly daily can take care of stomach and is good for it.

A chilly is hot in nature due to the presence of an ingredient called Capsaicin.
