Suresh Raina tied wed-lock with childhood friend

The star cricket of Indian team, Suresh Raina tied wedlock with her childhood friend, Priyanka Chaudhary on 3 April, 2015. Only few of the close relatives and friends were invited in the wedding but was celebrated with big pomp and shows and beautiful arrangements.

The wedding took place in The Hotel Leena in Chanakyapalace, Delhi. Many famous personalities from the fields of Politics, Business, Bollywood, Cricket and other were present in the wedding ceremony.

Though the couple are childhood friends and known to each other since a long time, but Suresh Raina joked in the wedding day that this match was fixed by her mother.

Around 300 guests were invited in the wedding and more than they were the numbers of bodyguards and security persons. Traffic police were also in service to avoid traffic jam Near by the venue.

The fans and normal public were gathered outside the hotel gate and were cheering up whenever any VIP guest was entering the hotel to attend the wedding, many were seen recording and taking photos of them on their mobile phones.

Raina was staying on the eighth floor of Presidential suite and most of the VIP guests were directly getting there only to congratulate him. Uttar Pradesh chief minister, Akhilesh Yadav specially arrived the wedding venue to wish Raina and stayed for 15-20 minutes only and left thereafter, Jyotiraditya Scindia also attended the wedding.

Few of the names from the cricket field who attended the wedding are, Captain of Indian cricket team, Mahender Singh Dhoni, who arrived with his wife and bodyguards in black Audi, ICC Chairman N Shrinivasan, Michael Hassi, Ian Fleming, Mohit Sharma, Umesh Yadav, Ambati Rayadu etc.

It was a wonderful wedding where we could get a glimpse of our favorite cricket stars and other VIPS.
