When the oil turns thin and milky white it is spit out without swallowing.1

Though it’s an ancient old Indian practice but the people in Western countries have also started using this to get beneficial results in most of the diseases. It has gained a lot of popularity,  but still  a controversial topic among Western health practitioners.
