Make Home Made French Fries Free from any Chemical like Market French Fries

The trend of eating french fries has increased a lot. People especially kids eat them with great love. There are many online eating stores which readily provide the French fries on order. Many take aways provide ready to eat French fries.

But many are not aware that the market French fries come with the chemicals. These chemicals do not let them degrade and they remain fresh for long. Remaining fresh for a longer time period is good on one end as they do not get spoiled easily but this is not good for your tummy.

Your stomach may feel heavy and disturbed once you eat these French fries that come with the chemcials. So, in this post we are sharing with you a very simple recipe of making French fries for any occasion or on your kid’s demand.

Steps to Make French Fries at Home

1.   Take 7-8 medium or large sized potatoes

2.   Cut them in the length into thin stipes

3.   Wash the cut pieces with water till all the white starch of the potatoes go away

4.   Once you no longer see the white water, dry the cut potatoes pieces

5.  The potatoes should be dried well before moving to our next step

6.   Once they are well drained and dried they are ready for shallow frying

7.   Take a pan on flame and add some oil to it for frying as per the quantity of the French fries

8.   Deep shallow all the dried potatoes fries and take out of the pan one by one

9.   Allow them to cool and store in a zip lock bag in refrigerator

10.   Store there atleast for 2 hours before deep frying them. You can store overnight also if need to make them the next day

11.   Take out the fries out of the refrigerator the next day and repeat the step 7 above. But this time deep fry the already shallow fried fries

12.   Take them out one by one on tissue paper to remove any extra oil

13.   Sprinkle them with chaat masala, black salt or any other masala

14.   Serve them with tomato sauce
